In the first instance, if your enquiry isn’t urgent, then an e-mail is the way to go. I can have a think about what’s wrong, and email you back with some information, and maybe get you fixed up, without seeing the boiler, and saving you a few bob at the same time. If however, you need a service call, or prefer to speak in person, then give me a call. If I’m having a bit of a fling with someone’s boiler, I’ll call you back, just leave me your name and number.
