Dear Mark,

 

This morning as advised I had a visit from Mike to look at our Boiler. Hence the reason I write this email to you.

I deeply suspect that my boiler was ‘behaving’ itself this  morning because it knew that the engineer was coming.  That said I was very much impressed by the standard of Mike’s work and attention. He took his time and along the way we chatted. I must say I probably know a fair bit about boilers too!!

He was friendly and professional and knew what he was doing and talked me through the different processes.

To be honest I was expecting another ‘cowboy’ who would do a poor job and charge high for it. Alas Mike was not this narrow generalization  or expectation of mine.

 

Yes your company/service has proved the first rule of reliability and professionalism. I am humbly impressed.  Well that is enough praise for you guy’s….I wouldn’t want  you guy’s to get too relaxed in basking from all this praise from meJ.

 

Also if you  do introduce a private customer contract I would very much be interested with this. So please can you keep me updated regarding this.

Thank you very much for your speedy advice and help to get John at such short notice to assess our Gloworm boiler. John is amazing and very helpful and knowledgable. We are so appreciative and happy to have our heating on after two weeks of misery over christmas. We will be recommending your services to our neighbours as honesty and professionalism needs to be recognised and valued.


John mentioned he would speak to you about our megaflow tank servicing so i am sure we will be talking to you again soon.

Short note to say a big thank you - great web site and great service too!  Couldn't quite believe your guys came out so quickly.One very happy and satisfied family who had forgotten what a good shower was like! Made us realise the flow/pressure must have been poor for a long time then just got worse. The diagnosis took some getting to, then we finally got it sussed and found you.


We'll be back for next year annual boiler and Megaflo service - booking well in advance so you can fit us in.


Running a service business myself I love it when I come across another that seems to genuinely care about what they do......

Thank you for your reply. I've been checking it and it's been fine overnight and today aswell. The pressure has dropped a little but only because I bled one radiator. I'll top it up later. Once again thank you so much for your response, it's great peace of mind now u have answered and knowing someone like u is there to give advice.

Mark you are a diamond,I have adjusted d 0 down to 18 and bingo all rads are warming up together and boiler is running fine  .I live in Hoddesdon Herts so if you come out this far you can do the next service will be in touch

It was just pointed out to me that I sent this email to the wrong address last week.


I don't know if you'll remember my call last Saturday, you called me back on Sunday and very kindly coached me through resetting my boiler?


I just wanted to say how absolutely terrific you are. I haven't stopped telling people about you and how you have restored my faith in human nature.


Both day and economy 7 elements have been working perfectly since. I know that work will probably need to be done as they stopped working correctly for some reason. I am going to leave it for now as it's been a very stretching month financially but would never consider anyone else for the job.


You're just wonderful and I can't thank you enough.
