Hoses split, causing untold damage in some cases..

Faulty pressure sensor:
Now modified part available
Combustion seals leaking, causing high temperatures inside boiler, and damaging components.
Good news.. Appliances should have been re-called, and fitted with new seals. FREE by Vaillant.
Pumps:
Now modified part available
(Grunfos)
Has to be fitted with modified PRV, or you’ll get very wet!
Leaking Diverter Valves:
Has to be replaced, sorry!
Expansion Vessel:
Don’t know why, but these vessels are always empty, every time I see one?
Main Heat Exchanger:
Real problems with noise, and
blocking up. The heating system needs to be absolutely pristine.
Best advice, fit a filter on the return, as soon as possible.
